RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your order please get in touch within 30 days of purchase and let me know the reason so I can organise a refund/inform you of the return address.
I'm unfortunatly unable to pay for the postage to send the piece back if you are unhappy with your order being a small business unless it is damaged in anyway.
SHIPPING INFO
All orders will be sent by me via Royal Mail first class for free, unless you add on tracked shipping at checkout. If you do choose to select tracked shipping, you will recieve a tracking number so you can follow where your order is.
If you think your order may be lost, please wait at least 10 working days before contacting, just incase it is taking a little bit longer than usual. If this time passes, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
